Dustin is a personal trainer and coach at Combine Fitness, owner of Godden Performance Training and head strength & conditioning coach of the London Badgers Baseball Association. Dustin has an extensive background in semi-professional sports, playing on an athletic scholarship for baseball out of Erie, Pa and in the Intercounty baseball League of Ontario for the Hamilton Cardinals. Dustin is a certified Elite Level Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, through the International Sports Science Association. With the combination of personal experience and years of working in the sports, fitness and health industry Dustin is prepared to accept any challenge that comes his way, and is willing to take the steps necessary to do whatever may be required to help you surpass all of your health, fitness and performance goals. Whether you’re a busy working mom looking to get stronger and feel better, or an athlete looking to gain the leading edge on their competition, Dustin has all the tools necessary to help you do so.
Godden has been built his practices from the foundation of relentlessly hard working, dedicated athletes who are extremely passionate about discovering the best they have to offer. Backed by the most current up to date scientific research, Godden’s Performance Training applies information based from kinesiology, neuroscience, physiology, biomechanics, human performance, rehabilitative and sport specific sciences into all of his personalized training programs to provide each and every individual with an equal opportunity to find the best version of themself.
