Combine Training

This class is our identity; performance training at its very best.  With a mixture of plyometrics, body weight, cardiovascular, aerobic and anaerobic intervals, strength and conditioning, this all-in-one class is designed to bring out your inner athlete.

Known to be the “sweat of the week” our Combine Challenge classes push your limit through EMOM (every minute on the minute), Tabata’s, pyramids, count downs, and AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible) modules.

Every training program needs to concentrate on the basics. No single mode of exercise is as resistance training.  Controlled lifts, compound and isolated exercises, super-sets, push-pulls.  Our strength program gives you with the option to choose a full body, lower body, or upper body workout.

Aerobic and Anaerobic thresholds will be put to the test in our movement classes. This class is for the cardio enthusiast with an athletic twist.  The only resistance used in this class is your body weight—you will be put to the test through plyometrics, lateral and linear movements, and much more!<

Combine Core Fusion

30% Cardio + 50% Core + 20% Mobility

 

 

Cardio and core go together like peanut butter and jelly. This class covers all areas of the trunk: upper and lower core, oblique’s, and lower back.  This program will elevate your heart rate through cardio intensive exercises followed by core training intervals.  Don’t laugh too hard the next day, it might hurt!

  

 

Our version of TRX will challenge your body’s stability, mobility, strength, and endurance. This class uses Kettlebells and TRX’s exclusively to deliver a full body workout.

TRX Fusion

60-70% Resistance + 30-40% Cardio [Strength > Cardio]

Our version of TRX will challenge your body’s stability, mobility, strength, and endurance. This class uses Kettlebells and TRX’s exclusively to deliver a full body workout.

Combine boxing

70% Cardio + 30% Strength [Cardio >> Strength]

 

 

Lace up those mits and be ready to skip, punch, kick, sprawl, and move! Our Combine Boxing class is a mixture of boxing technique, bag and pad work, and functional training; we supply the gloves or bring your own!

You’ve pushed your limits.  You’ve trained extremely hard.  Every program needs active rest, intentional stretching, and mindfulness.  Our mobility/yoga classes are a hybrid of static and dynamic stretches to help you recover from your week’s workload.  Our primary focus in this class is to give back to your body, relieve tension, and prepare for next week’s goal(s).
