Our group training programs are designed to improve strength and conditioning, mobility, stability, and coordination.  We believe the body should be trained like an athlete: Strength, Aerobic, Anaerobic, Endurance, H.I.I.T. and Mobility. With 9 variations to choose from, our group training classes will get you in shape for all of life’s challenges and activities

Group Training

We offer over 45 group training classes a week and nine different classes to choose from! Each class module has multiple training formats, challenging the same exercise in a completely different way! Our group training classes cover all angles necessary to get you into the best shape of your life! 

The Heavy

H.I.I.T.’ers

 

This program is for the individual who loves a small group community of like-minded people, but wants the touch of a personal trainer.   This program comes with accountability, nutritional coaching, body composition measurements, structured weekly classes, and a limited amount of availability.  Operating from Monday-Friday at 7:00am, this program is for the go-getter that’s looking to make a life-style change in a busy world.

Looking for that extra edge? Our personal trainers are equipped with a degree in kinesiology, extensive experience in sports, health, and fitness. 

We understand the body’s anatomy and physiology; it’s response to strenuous activity, and how to deal with injuries and limitations.  Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your short and long-term goals, with an energetic approach that keeps you wanting to come back for more

Team Training

Working with athletes is the name of the game. These sessions are great for team cohesion and character through both mental and physical challenges. We teach our athletes proper running and lifting mechanics, how to move in tight spaces, react, accelerate, jump, land, and much more! Out team will push yours to the limit with sport specific training progrmas designed to strengthen the muscles necessary to perform the skills of the sport with proficiency
