I got into the health and fitness industry to help clients reach their goals. I work with athletes who are trying to reach the next level and share my experiences with them. I also work with individuals who want to improve their lifestyle through exercise and nutrition and move without pain. I take pride in every opportunity I get to work with member of my community. I treat each and every one of them with the same level of integrity, with the goal of bringing out the best in them.
I’ve been a strength coach for 4 years. Additionally, I have my Titleist Performance Institute level 1, which assists me in helping golfers and rotational athletes. I am also a certified nutrition coach and help individuals create lifestyle changes that don’t end after a gym session, but rather can be practiced full time through proper nutrition. After all, you are what you eat!
Throughout my entire life, I have been involved in sports and athletics. These roots continue to drive my motor today, although my days of competitive sports are a thing of the past. You can still catch me playing recreational hockey, track and field, and football on a regular basis.
When I’m not helping individuals meet their goals in the gym, or practicing my own craft in the gym, I focus on my company Healthy Eats. Healthy Eats is a meal preparation company designed to help busy individuals reach their nutrition goals by using local and organic ingredients. My meals come prepared fresh each week in ready-to-go containers and can be incorporated into your health and fitness goals with ease.
Being a trainer is more than just a title, it is a culture; the members at Combine Fitness are like family. I make an effort to leave a positive impact with every single person I see each day, whether it be a simple greeting, training session, or coaching a group training class.
